Procedure To Apply For Admission

International Indian School, Al Jubail is affiliated to the Central Board of Secondary Education with Affiliation Number 5730007. The academic year starts in the first week of April and ends in March of the following year. Registration for new admission begins every year in the month of February/March of the preceding academic year.

Following are the procedures that are to be followed for taking Admission. The parents should note that Admissions are subject to availability of seats. As per Ministry of Education (MOE) guidelines under-age students and children on visit visa will not be admitted.

  1. Parents are requested to register online. After successful registration a reference number will be generated. Parents should submit the printout of application form along with all enclosures as specified below in the Admin block.
  • Copy of Birth certificate issued by the competent authority.
  • Copies of Passports & Iqama (students & parents) along with Absher Copy showing the Iqama date of validity.
  • Original Transfer Certificate or Study Certificate
  • Copy of Progress Report with attendance from previous school (Applicable for admission from class II (Two) onwards.)
  • Passport size photographs: 05
  • Medical Fitness certificate of the student as per format prescribed with application form.
  • Undertaking by Parent (Missing Documents)
  • Undertaking by Parent (General Terms & Conditions)
  • Declaration from father/company – Company Sponsored.

 For admission to LKG, the child must be THREE PLUS years of age as on 1st April of the current academic year. Admission to the other classes will be in the same order so that the child will complete 15 years on 1st April, in the year which he / she appears for the AISSE i.e. Class X exam. 

  1. Admission Criteria for Students coming from CBSE Affiliated Schools:

         a). LKG & UKG – Only Interview

         b). Classes 1 to VIII- Direct Admission for students with valid Transfer Certificate in Original and Copy of Progress Card.

         c). Classes 1X Upwards- Student should have CBSE Registration number, original TC and Progress Report. For details contact                        Examination Department.

   3. Admission Criteria for Students coming from non-CBSE Schools:

        a). LKG & UKG – Only Interview

        b). Classes 1 to VIII- based on performance in Admission Test for students with valid TC in original and copy of Progress Report.

        c). Classes 1X Upwards–Parents are requested to meet Admission/Examination department for further guidance.
