Procedure To Apply For Admission

International Indian School, Al Jubail is affiliated to the Central Board of Secondary Education with Affiliation Number 5730007. The academic year begins in the first week of April and ends in March of the following year. Registration for new admission begins every year in the month of March of the preceding academic year.

Following are the procedures that are to be followed for taking Admission. The parents should note that Admissions are subject to the availability of seats. As per MOE guidelines, under-age students and children on visit visa will not be admitted.

  1. Parents are requested to register online.  After successful registration, a reference number is generated. Parents are requested to forward the scanned copies of required documents along with the application form  as a single pdf and a soft copy of passport size photograph (jpeg format) to the respective email IDs as specified in admission notification.

    • Copy of student's Birth Certificate
    • Copies of the Passports and iqama (Student and Parents)
    • Original Transfer Certificate and Progress Report
    • Medical Fitness certificate of the student as per the format prescribed
    • Declaration from father/company - Reimbursable/Non-reimbursable.
  2. For admission to LKG, the child must be THREE PLUS years of age as on 1st April of the current academic year. Admission to the other classes will be in the same order so that the child will complete 15 years on 1st April, in the year which he/she appears for the AISSE i.e. Class X exam.
  3. Admissions for Students coming from CBSE Affiliated Schools:
    • LKG & UKG – Only Interview (If physical classroom teaching resumes)
    • Classes 1 to VIII- Direct Admission for students with valid Transfer Certificate and Progress Card.
    • Classes IX Upwards- Students should have CBSE Registration number, original TC and Progress Report. For details contact Examination Department.
  4. Admissions for Students coming from non-CBSE Schools:
    • LKG & UKG – Only Interview (If physical classroom teaching resumes)
    • Classes 1 to VIII- Admission will be based on performance in Admission Test for students with proper TC and Progress Report. (Written test will be conducted If physical classroom teaching resumes)
    • Classes IX Upwards–Parents are requested to meet Admission Department / Examination Department for further guidance.
